Welcome to AIWedding (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”).

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

  • User Content: Photos you upload (e.g., selfies of you and your partner) for the purpose of generating AI wedding photos.
  • Account Information: If you choose to log in via third-party services (e.g., Apple ID), we collect your public profile information (nickname, avatar) and unique identifier.
  • Transaction Data: Information related to your purchases of credits or subscriptions (handled securely by payment processors like Apple Pay; we do not store your full credit card details).
  • Customer Support: Information you provide when you contact us for support.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, Android ID), and IP address.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, such as features used, time spent, and error logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To Provide Services: To process your uploaded photos and generate AI wedding portraits using third-party AI models (e.g., Nano Banana 2, Firebase AI).
  • To Manage Accounts: To create and manage your user account, track your credit balance, and process transactions.
  • To Improve the App: To analyze usage trends, identify bugs, and enhance user experience.
  • To Communicate: To send you service-related notifications (e.g., generation completion) or respond to your inquiries.

3. Data Retention and Deletion (Crucial)

  • Uploaded Photos: Your original photos are uploaded to our secure servers (Supabase Storage) solely for the purpose of generation. They are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours after the generation process is complete. We do not use your photos to train our AI models without your explicit consent.
  • Generated Photos: The AI-generated wedding photos are stored in your private gallery within the App. You can delete them at any time. We may retain them for a limited period (e.g., 7 days) to allow you to download them, after which they may be archived or deleted to save space.
  • Account Deletion: You can request to delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App settings or by contacting us.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who provide infrastructure (Supabase), AI processing (Google Cloud/Vertex AI), and analytics services (Firebase). They are contractually obligated to protect your data.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government regulation.

5. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, and strict access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ. We take steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
